Meet the Team

Our team provides an effective and professional service that is excellent value for money. Our qualified staff have a vast amount of experience and knowledge of all types of buildings and construction methods.

We work with Local Authority Building Control (LABC) as a member of their Partnership Authority Scheme. This enables architects and developers to submit all applications to a single authority and helps to ensure consistency.

If you would like to know more about our service, please contact us.

What services can we provide?

Our building control service is totally independent and impartial - our primary concern is the safety and well-being of our clients and local residents. We can offer:

  • pre-application compliance checks

  • carry out compliance checks before and during construction stages

  • an efficient service - our registered building inspectors provide a next day inspection service if you make a request before 3pm the day before

  • local site knowledge - such as ground conditions, drainage and existing structures

  • value - our service is charged at cost and checking for compliance at an early stage of your project can help you save money.

We can offer a dedicated officer to deal with your submission(s) and act as a single point of contact.

We work with the majority of builders in the area who value our professionalism and comprehensive inspection regime.
