Requests for an archive search can only be made by the property owner or professional third party acting on behalf of the owner. Please email buildingcontrol@3csharedservices.org to make a request.
Archive searches will be dealt with strictly in date order of request.
There is a charge for this service; VAT is not applicable to these fees.
We require payment before we carry out the search - you can make a payment by calling 0300 772 9622, with a debit or credit card. Please note that the search fee is still payable even if we are unable to find the document.
We are legally obliged to keep records for 15 years. For applications older than this there may only be limited information on record.
